    Hi, at the site of our Client IWIS the email notification stopped working.
    I have set up an notification a for new records a long time ago and it worked fine.
    But since yesterday the notification do not worked. I checked in the Portal and have seen that the Notification is no longer aktive and all settings a restored to default.

    When i try to setup the notification again it do not work. I can save the setting but when i reopen the Email Notification Options it is deactivated again and restored to default.

    I made a screencapture for better understanding.

    For the Client the email notification is very important

    Hi Bertil, I have encountered the same issue and I think it has now been fixed. Please feel free to do a test run on that!

    @inspekly Hi Steven – unfortunately the Error persists. As soon as i switch to “email notification” I get the red red Warning “Error Code: 403 Status Text” in the lower right corner. It is related only to the building “iwis Landsberg” only.

      Hi @bertil , can you try with the live version of Inspekly portal instead? (https://portal.inspekly.com/)

      It works on our side if it is on the live portal.

    I normaly log in on https://portal.inspekly.com —- Should be the live version already. Is there a different address for live version. I only know that there is the old portal somewhere available – but i do not use it.

      Hi Bertil,

      Please give it another try today as we have fixed a glitch few days ago – you should be able to save an email address by now.

    Hi Steven,

    setting up the notification is working. But since two days there is notification sent. Is there a problem with the email realy?

      Can you show me which account again? Our test account is working but let’s have a look.
