AR Targets scanned from the past stopped from working
Please note that since Inspekly 4.1, we have upgraded the Software Engine to a new format where all new scan generated from your mobile device/Matterport scan will automatically adopt the new format.
All existing scan will continue to work individually. However you won’t be able to mix the old/new format under the same session.
Resolution: Stick with existing scan without creating any new AR Targets, or simply perform a re-scan of all areas to replace all old-format AR Targets by using Inspekly Editor.
