How can we transfer items/users/records/checklists between different Team?
Each type of unit has different behaviour when it comes to accessibility:
1) By default, all items are accessible by any of your team/department. However you can always limit the accessibility under item setting.
2) You can aways transfer user between team.
3) Checklist is team-based. To create a universal checklist you can use the ‘Checklist Template Builder’ where checklist are accessible by all teams/departments.
4) Records are team based and there is no way you can transfer or modify them.
